Hardeep Singh
Director

Hardeep started his construction journey in Auckland New Zealand completing his first year of Bachelor of Construction Management at Massey University New Zealand then transferring to University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia to expose himself to greater opportunity in a thriving industry.

Hardeep has completed his Bachelor of Construction Management and Property degree at the University of New South Wales. After working for 5 years in the thriving Australian market with both Main Contractors & Developer Builders working on large commercial and mixed use apartment developments up to $350m in value as a Contracts Administrator he returned home in 2018. After returning home Hardeep worked with a reputable Developer Builder in Auckland as a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor gaining in-depth knowledge of the Property and Construction Market in New Zealand. Hardeep is also a member of The New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Since late 2021 Hardeep is now behind the helm at CCG utilising his specialist skills to provide a transparent and result driven approach to contribute to “creating the future” here in New Zealand.

Interests: Outside of work, Hardeep enjoys exploring new cuisines, following the latest construction innovations, and spending quality time with family and friends.

 

Chris Paxman
Project Manager

Chris Paxman brings over 12 years of experience from his family’s construction business in South Africa, before making the move to New Zealand to broaden his career. Starting as an apprentice carpenter in Palmerston North, he worked his way up through site management and returned to his core expertise as a project manager.

Throughout this journey, Chris earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Construction Professional certifications through the Project Management Institute. He is passionate about applying proven project management methodologies to the construction environment, providing clear guidance and strategic support to site teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Interests: Mountain biking, snowboarding, and jet skiing.

 

Jeffrey Arona-Tuifana’e
Site Manager

Jeffrey brings over three years of experience in the access industry, with a strong focus on safety compliance and the operation of MEWPs, scaffolding systems (including aluminum, steel, and swinging stages), as well as parts allocation, invoice processing, and hire logistics. His background also includes hands-on experience in residential construction, where he gained practical knowledge in finishing work, site preparation, and the construction of decks and patios.

For the past three years, Jeffrey has served as a Site Manager, overseeing multiple new build projects from inception to completion. His role has strengthened his leadership and project management skills, making him a valuable asset to any construction team. Jeffrey is committed to continuous personal and professional growth and takes pride in contributing to high-performing teams.

Interests: Outdoor activities—especially anything involving the ocean—along with a passion for food and tattoos.
